Smart Vent Partners with Construction Specifications Institute to Establish Category for Openings, Vents and Foundation Flood Vents

Harry Alexander, sales representative with Smart Vent, initiated the proposal with the CSI because he recognized the increased visibility that foundation flood vents have seen with FEMA and the NFIP requiring code compliant flood vents for buildings in flood plains.
